Project “From digital technology to educational tools: Improving the quality of active learning and teaching in the online and hybrid environment in applied disciplines of agricultural sciences”, acronym: Heal-in-One, with coordinator Belgrade University, Serbia, funded by Foundation Tempus, Serbia, was presented during the 140th meeting in Education forum with topic “Improving the quality of active learning and teaching in an online and hybrid environment” that was held on 25 January 2023.
2. Information about HEAL-in-ONE project was published in “Sveucilisni Glasnik” No. 85 that was published by Josip Juraj Strossmayer University of Osijek (page 6).
Project “From digital technology to educational tools: Improving the quality of active learning and teaching in the online and hybrid environment in applied disciplines of agricultural sciences”, acronym: Heal-in-One, with coordinator Belgrade University, Serbia, funded by Foundation Tempus, Serbia, was presented during the European night of scientists 2022 in Trakia University, Stara Zagora. The event was organized under project 101061564 – K-TRIO – HORIZON-MSCA-2022-CITIZENS-01, as part of the Marie Skłodowska-Curie Actions, funded by Horizon Europe. At the event were presented the various national and international projects that scientists from Trakia University work on.

As a dissemination activity of Erasmus+ project “HEAL-in-One”-From digital technology to educational tools: Improving the quality of active learning and teaching in the online and hybrid environment in applied disciplines of agricultural sciences“, members of The Education forum presented a paper on 29th International Conference Empirical Studies in Psychology, held on University of Belgrade, Faculty of Philosophy from 31st of March to 2nd of April 2023.
The goal of research realized within the project, was to find teachers’ and students’ perception on teaching/learning in an online environment during Covid-19 pandemic. Teachers (123) and students (362) who participated in the research were from partner HEIs (agriculture faculties in Belgrade (Serbia-UB), Osijek (Croatia-UNIOS), Stara Zagora (Bulgaria-TrU), and Skopje (North Macedonia-UKIM).
The submitted abstract was accepted and the paper was presented 1st of April.

Promotion and dissemination of HEAL-in-ONE project at the Faculty of Agriculture,
University “Goce Delcev” – Stip:
At the 3rd International Meeting Agriscience & Practice (ASP 2023) organized by Faculty of Agriculture, “Goce Delcev” University in Stip, Republic of North Macedonia, on 19 – 20 April 2023, Prof. Dr Slavča Hristov on April 20, 2023, introduced the participants from North Macedonia, Bulgaria and the Republic of Serbia and also participants from Higher Education Institutions and secondary schools (from vocational secondary schools, agricultural and veterinary professions) in the Republic of North Macedonia, to the Erasmus+ project “From digital technology to educational tools: Improving the quality of active learning and teaching in the online and hybrid environment in applied disciplines of agricultural sciences”, acronym: Heal-in-One (coordinator: Belgrade University, Serbia) funded by Foundation Tempus, Serbia. In addition, he gave a lecture entitled: Constructive alignment between objectives, teaching and learning activities, student competencies and assessment methods in higher education as part of the aforementioned Erasmus+ project. On the same day, he participated in a round table entitled Digital transformation of active learning and teaching in a blended environment, also within the Erasmus+ project.
PROMOTION AND DISSEMINATION OF PROJECT RESULTS

On Thursday, May 18, 2023, at 6:00 p.m. in the Electronic Reading Room of the Student City, prof. Dr Slavča Hristov presented the topic entitled: Methods of active learning and teaching students. The methods of active learning and teaching of students that were presented were developed as part of the Erasmus+ project entitled “From digital technology to educational tools: Improving the Quality of Active Learning and Teaching in the Online and hybrid environment in applied disciplines of agricultural sciences” (Project Acronym: HEAL-in-ONE; Erasmus + Project No 2021-1-RS01-KA220-HED-000032054). Presented to the participants (students, teachers and library staff) and discussed with them, numerous methods that actively engage students in mastering the theoretical and practical aspects of the subject (collaborative, cooperative, etc.), activate and motivate them to proactively acquire knowledge, skills, creative and critical thoughts etc. in online, offline and hybrid environments.
INFORMATION ABOUT PROJECT DISSEMINATION
Within the Erasmus+ project entitled “From digital technology to educational tools: Improving the quality of active learning and teaching in the online and hybrid environment in applied disciplines of agricultural sciences” (acronym: Heal-in-One, with coordinator Belgrade University, funded by Foundation Tempus, Republic of Serbia) a presentation of the topic was held for students under the title: “Defining effective study plans and schedules” in the Career Centre of the Faculty of Agriculture of the University of Belgrade on June 14, 2023, starting at 1:20 p.m.
The presentation discusses the skills of time management and making study plans and schedules that enable effective studying. The basic principles of time management in relation to defining daily, weekly, monthly, semester and annual study plans and schedules are stated. The relevant planning activities of students’ designed learning are analysed in order to effectively implement pre-exam and exam activities. It points out the most common mistakes in planning, as well as the consequences of poor learning planning.

Dr Slavča Hristov presented the topic entitled: Construction of general and subject specific competence of students. The methods of active learning and teaching of students that were presented were developed as part of the Erasmus+ project entitled “From digital technology to educational tools: Improving the Quality of Active Learning and Teaching in the Online and hybrid environment in applied disciplines of agricultural sciences” (Project Acronym: HEAL-in-ONE; Erasmus + Project No 2021-1-RS01-KA220-HED-000032054). Presented to the participants (students, teachers and library staff) and discussed with them, numerous competencies of students that are necessary for 21 century in order to achieve better results as well as to obtain functional knowledge and skills.
Februar 2024
1. As a dissemination activity of Erasmus+ project “HEAL-in-One”-From digital technology to educational tools: Improving the quality of active learning and teaching in the online and hybrid environment in applied disciplines of agricultural sciences“, prof Slavča Hristov was held lecture with title “Active learning and teaching in higher education Insitutions”. During his visit at the University of Osijek from 4 to 8 December 2023 he had meetings with project participants as well as teacher at Faculty of Agrobiotechnical science.
2. As a results of project “From digital technology to educational tools: Improving the quality of active learning and teaching in the online and hybrid environment in applied disciplines of agricultural sciences”, acronym: Heal-in-One article with title CONSTRUCTIVE ALIGNMENT BETWEEN OBJECTIVES, TEACHING AND LEARNING ACTIVITIES, STUDENT COMPETENCIES AND ASSESSMENT METHODS IN HIGHER EDUCATION”, authors Hristov, S., Nakov, D., Miocinovic, J. was published in JOURNAL OF AGRICULTURE AND PLANT SCIENCES, JAPS, Vol 21, No. 2, 2023.
3. Information about project “From digital technology to educational tools: Improving the quality of active learning and teaching in the online and hybrid environment in applied disciplines of agricultural sciences”, acronym: Heal-in-One was published in Glas Slavonije Newspaper on 25 November 2023 and 26 December 2024.
During April – May 2024, the Erasmus+ project titled “From Digital Technology to Educational Tools: Improving the Quality of Active Learning and Teaching in the Online and Hybrid Environment in Applied Disciplines of Agricultural Sciences,” co-funded by the Erasmus+ Programme of the EU and coordinated by Belgrade University, Serbia, reached four secondary schools in North Macedonia: High School “Jane Sandanski” in Shtip, High School “Bogdanci” in Bogdanci, High School “Aco Ruskovski” in Berovo, and High School “Panche Arsovski” in Skopje. Students from these schools, along with teachers, have expressed interest in the project. Macedonian professors involved in the project have introduced the project website and discussed the initial results achieved so far. One significant achievement includes the development of the Active Learning/Teaching in an Online Environment (ALTONE) manual. This manual serves as a key resource aimed at enhancing active learning and teaching practices designed specifically for applied disciplines such as agriculture in online environment.
